Please join us for our annual Blue & Gold Celebration Pack Meeting on Wednesday, February 4 from 6:00–8:00 PM at Blue Oaks Elementary School.
We’ll have a family Nacho Bar potluck and a special Arrow of Light Crossover ceremony.

Potluck Nacho Bar

We will be hosting a potluck Nacho Bar, and we are asking families to help contribute toppings and sides to make it a success. Ideas include chips, cheese, beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, olives, or other favorite nacho additions.

Please use the SignUpGenius to indicate what you can bring so we can ensure a good variety for everyone. If all slots fill up and attendance grows, we will add additional options.

Dessert will be provided by the Pack — no need to sign up for sweets.

If you are able to assist with setup, please reach out to our Arrow of Light Den Leaders, Omar or Jami, who are coordinating the evening.

Arrow of Light & Crossover Ceremony

A highlight of this year’s Blue & Gold will be honoring our Fifth Grade Arrow of Light Scouts as they reach the culmination of their Cub Scout experience.

For these Scouts, this evening marks the end of their Cub Scouting journey — a milestone that represents years of growth, leadership, and achievement. Some Scouts will be formally awarded the Arrow of Light, the highest rank in Cub Scouts, recognizing their dedication, character, and readiness for the next step in Scouting.

Several of our Arrow of Light Scouts will also be crossing over to Scouts BSA Troops and beginning a new adventure in the older Scouting program. Representatives from local Troops will be present to welcome them and share what lies ahead.

This ceremony is both a celebration of what our Scouts have accomplished and an exciting transition to their next Scouting chapter. We encourage all families — regardless of grade level — to attend and support our Arrow of Light Scouts during this meaningful moment.
