Pack 1592 Families,
Our November Pack Meeting will be something new and hands-on! Join us for a Pinewood Derby Workshop on Tuesday, Nov. 25th at 6:30 PM at Woodshop Squared (V Street, Sacramento).
This is not the actual Pinewood Derby Race — that event will take place in Early 2026.
This workshop is your chance to build and shape your Pinewood Derby car, learn about tools and techniques, and get expert help before race season begins!
🪚 Details:
- What: Pinewood Derby Workshop (not the race!)
- When: Tuesday, Nov. 25th @ 6:30 PM
- Where: Workshop Squared – V Street, Sacramento
- Cost: $10 materials fee per scout
- Bring: Parent/guardian to assist with car building
Please note: the materials fee should not discourage anyone from attending.
If the fee presents any difficulty, please contact your Den Leader or anyone in Pack Leadership — we want every Scout to participate and enjoy this event!
Can’t make it to the workshop? No problem — Pinewood Derby car kits will be distributed at your Den Meetings and again at the December Pack Meeting, so every Scout will have what they need to get started.
We’ll provide guidance, tools, and supplies to help every Scout get a strong start on their car.
